Stone Crab Outlet strives to deliver the highest possible quality stone crabs to your door on your requested delivery date.

We ship nationwide through Federal Express from Monday thru Friday with delivery dates available from Tuesday thru Saturday, except for black out dates. Local deliveries and store pick ups are available the same days as nationwide, but they are also available on Mondays. The website will only let you schedule a delivery for the available delivery dates. Blackout dates are excluded on the website.

Stone Crab Outlet is unable to guarantee the time of delivery, as this is all subject to national and local carriers. The package will be delivered on the designated delivery day before 8 pm. If you need the crabs by a certain time, we suggest you order them to arrive the day before. If stone crabs are stored properly, they will be fresh for 5 to 7 days. We suggest that during the holidays, you order with anticipation to ensure that they will arrive on time and in good condition.

We only deliver to addresses in the continental United States. No PO boxes.

Stone Crab Outlet is not responsible for Federal Express shipping. For any errors and/or updates, please contact Fed Ex directly.

We make every effort to get your package there on time, but there are many things outside of our control like the weather and transit delays that occur once the package is in the hands of Fed Ex. As such, the shipping guidelines published on this website are not guarantees of a shipping or arrival date.

Stone Crab Outlet is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. If there is a delay in delivery due to weather conditions or Fed Ex capabilities, Stone Crab Outlet is not responsible.

As all of our products are perishable, they are shipped by overnight delivery and Fed Ex does not require a signature for drop off. Please be sure that you are home or someone can check for your package on the day it is to be delivered.

Customers are responsible for checking that all shipping information is correct before submitting an order as well as in their order confirmation email.

If you need to modify the delivery address once your order has shipped, a request will need to be submitted 2 days prior to the scheduled delivery date
There are no returns, refunds or cancellations allowed on any orders that have shipped.

Our cut-off for next day delivery, next day local delivery and store pick up is midnight EST the day before.

All products are shipped in a corrugated box using insulated walls and gel packs. Gel packs have the added benefit over ice that they do not cross-contaminate foods as ice can do when it turns liquid and mixes with the foods. Gel packs are often made of non-toxic materials that will not liquefy, and therefore will not spill or contaminate if the container breaks. When shipping Key Lime Pie, we package utilizing a corrugated box with insulated walls and gel packs. Upon receipt of your package, remove all food products from the box.
Due to the perishable nature of the products we offer, we are not able to accept returns or offer refunds. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, you have 3 days from when you receive your order to notify us of any issues. We ask that you take a photo and provide us with the details of your claim. We are happy to work with you in resolving any issues with your order. We will handle all inquiries regarding damaged products on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us through the website and provide us with as much detail as possible.
Orders can be cancelled until the day before your shipping date. The shipping date is the day before your delivery date. Example: If the delivery date is Oct 27th, the shipping date is Oct 26.
